Reservations are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .By reserving you hold your place in class and if there are no reservations the class will not be held. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class time. All students must fill out a waiver before participating. Doors will be locked 10 minutes after class begins. If arriving late please arrive quietly.

 

Class Descriptions:

Vinyasa Open Level - A dynamic class that allows you to link your movement to your breath, creating an energizing yet mindful experience. Modifications will be offered for beginners as well as more challenging poses for regular practitioners.

Gentle Flow - Welcome to beginners or anyone who needs to experience a slower , more modified, meditative flow. A longer savasana will also be offered to end the practice.

Lunchtime Power Flow - Power up your afternoon with an energetic flow focusing on poses that will strengthen the core and keep you feeling blissful all day long! 

ISHTA Yoga - ISHTA stands for the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda, and its aim is to provide balance and to create a strength an stability to enhance one's spiritual growth. Classes include alignment-based Vinyasa sequences, with meditation, breath work, and cleansing techniques to create specific energetic effects.

Forrest Yoga -  is a modern yoga style based on Hatha yoga.  Known for its long holding of positions, emphasis on abdominal core work, and standing series that can go on for 20 poses on each side. Forest Yoga offer a more intense style of practice and emphasizes connecting to one's feeling with the body.

Kripalu Yoga - a form of Hatha Yoga using inner focus, meditation, standard yoga poses, breathwork, "development of a quiet mind", and relaxation. Kripalu emphasizes "following the flow" of prana, or "life-force energy, compassionate self-acceptance, observing the activity of the mind without judgment, and taking what is learned into daily life.

Yoga Basics - Perfect for anyone brand new to yoga, this class provides information on how to begin your practice and prepare you to enter a flow class. The use of props and modifications will be discussed as well as proper alignment of poses. Questions are welcome!
