Vinyasa Open Level
A dynamic class that allows you to link your movement to your breath, creating an energizing yet mindful experience. Modifications will be offered for beginners as well as more challenging poses for regular practitioners.
Yoga Basics
Perfect for anyone brand new to yoga, this class provides information on how to begin your practice and prepare you to enter a flow class. The use of props and modifications will be discussed as well as proper alignment of poses. Questions are welcome!
Gentle Flow
Welcome to beginners or anyone who needs to experience a slower , more modified, meditative flow. A longer savasana will also be offered to end the practice. All levels are welcome
Lunchtime Power Flow
Power up your afternoon with an energetic flow focusing on poses that will strengthen the core and keep you feeling blissful all day long!
Kripalu Yoga
A form of Hatha Yoga using inner focus, meditation, standard yoga poses, breathwork, "development of a quiet mind", and relaxation. Kripalu emphasizes "following the flow" of prana, or "life-force energy, compassionate self-acceptance, observing the activity of the mind without judgment, and taking what is learned into daily life. All levels are welcome
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a light, restorative practice, designed to calm the spirit and break up clogged energy channels throughout the body. Most of the practice will be on the floor, with the use of props to make way for an unwinding experience. All levels are welcome.
Mindful Flow
A vigorous practice, designed to integrate breath with movement. We will work up a sweat physically, while we center ourselves mentally. Some arm balances and inversions will be suggested. Modifications always available. All levels are welcome. Previous experience is recommended.
